Throughout his career, he has successfully bridged policy, governance, and grassroots implementation to deliver impactful development initiatives across India.

Holding a Master's degree in Sociology along with extensive professional training in disaster risk management, climate change adaptation, gender equality, plastic waste management, and behaviour change communication, Dr. Bhatt combines technical expertise with deep social understanding to develop practical and sustainable solutions.

His professional journey includes leadership and advisory roles with renowned organizations such as UNDP, Asian Development Bank (ADB), KPMG India, Ecorys, EGIS, and Tripura Urban Development & Tourism Authority (TUDA). He has contributed to flagship national programmes including the Swachh Bharat Mission (Urban & Grameen), National Rural Drinking Water Programme, National School Safety Programme, and several Disaster Risk Reduction and Urban Resilience initiatives.

Dr. Bhatt possesses extensive expertise in urban sanitation, solid and plastic waste management, grey water management, fecal sludge treatment, ESG practices, institutional capacity building, and policy implementation. He has designed and led city-wide sanitation systems, promoted behavioural change through IEC campaigns, and supported governments in building resilient and sustainable urban ecosystems.

Throughout his career, he has organized and facilitated more than 200 training programmes and exposure visits for government officials and development practitioners. He has also worked closely with institutions such as the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA), National Institute of Disaster Management (NIDM), ISRO, State Disaster Management Authorities, and State Institutes of Rural Development (SIRDs), strengthening disaster preparedness and institutional capacity across multiple states.

His work has consistently focused on creating sustainable, inclusive, and resilient communities by integrating environmental stewardship, governance, and community participation. His expertise in ESG, climate resilience, and public policy enables him to provide valuable strategic guidance for organizations working in the development sector.

Ritu Bhatnagar is a development sector professional with over 15 years of experience at the intersection of government partnerships, corporate CSR, and social impact. A first-division B.Tech in Electronics & Communication graduate, Ritu began her career in India's corporate technology sector before intentionally transitioning into the development space. She further strengthened her expertise by earning a Master of Social Work (MSW) and a Post-Graduate Programme in Business Leadership, combining technical precision with leadership and social impact.

Her professional journey spans school education, higher education, technical and vocational training, skill development, employment initiatives, and emerging technologies. Her contributions have been recognized by both State and Central Government departments, as well as a Defence PSU, for her role in advancing national-level development initiatives.

Atul Sharma is a social development professional with over 13 years of experience across government, corporate, and non-profit sectors. His expertise spans education, livelihood promotion, skill development, entrepreneurship, employment generation, youth development, public health, community and tribal health, rural development, and Panchayati Raj institutions.

Throughout his career, Atul has focused on government relations, policy development and advocacy, programme planning and management, institutional and business development, monitoring and evaluation, training and capacity building, and community mobilization. He has worked closely with government departments, private organizations, and diverse stakeholders to design and implement impactful development initiatives.

He holds a Master of Social Work (Gold Medallist) from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology (MNNIT), Allahabad, along with a B.Sc. in Public Health from Sam Higginbottom University of Agriculture, Technology & Sciences (SHUATS), Allahabad. He is also a UGC-NET & JRF qualified scholar, reflecting his strong academic foundation in social work and public health.

Throughout his career, he has worked extensively with farmers, government agencies, NGOs, and private organizations to promote sustainable farming practices and improve agricultural productivity.

His expertise includes organic farming systems, vegetable production, protected cultivation through polyhouses, low tunnels and net houses, nursery management, nutrient management, pest and disease control, water conservation, rainwater harvesting, and climate-resilient agriculture. He has delivered technical training programmes, field demonstrations, farmer meetings, and awareness campaigns across several Indian states including Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab, Sikkim, Tripura, and Arunachal Pradesh.

In addition to his field contributions, Shiv has authored agricultural publications, assisted in the development of technical handbooks, represented organizations at agricultural fairs and exhibitions, and launched the YouTube channel "Badlaav : Ek Kadam Tikaaou Kheti Ki Taraf" to spread awareness about sustainable and organic farming practices. Dr. Himanshu Sharma is a veterinary and animal welfare professional with over 15 years of experience in veterinary clinical practice, animal healthcare, project management, community outreach, and livestock development.
